Our Residential Units and Halfway Houses – DWC Campus located at 2981 Parental home road and Rogerson Houses at 920A Bridier St. will be closed as of 5 p.m. today, September 7th. All residents have been placed and are expected to return by Thursday, September 14th. The location will reopen on Wednesday, September 13th (weather and conditions permitting).
Our Warrington Campus, located on 3020 Warrington St. will be closing as of 5 p.m. today, September 7th. This includes counseling services provided there and the Drop-In Center. Services will resume on Wednesday, September 13th (weather and conditions permitting).
Matrix House and Related Court Services will operate in accordance with the City of Jacksonville, Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, and the City Courts Offices.
Emergency dosing will be provided for all clients regardless of phase, that should last until business resumes. Clients are encouraged to bring their own lock box and to arrive early, as long lines are expected. Ensure your contact information is up-to-date by completing the Client Contact form located on the table in the lobby.
All other RRHS units/locations will be closed as of 1 p.m., Friday, September 9th and will remain closed until Wednesday, September 13th (weather and conditions permitting).
Our goal is to resume business to the public as soon as possible upon reopening, however, if there is any damage, flooding or other issues affecting either locations or staffing, we will make adjustments as necessary until everything can be addressed. We should be fully operational by Thursday, September 14th, barring no major issues. We will be updating our web site, social media pages and recorded phone messages to give clients and the community the most up-to-date information on our closing and re-openings of all units, and any changes in times, services, or locations.
