The Next Step DUI program is designed to provide short-term intensive outpatient drug and alcohol treatment to:
- Persons charged with DUI
- Individuals who test positive in random drug testing under the Drug Free Workplace Act
- Individuals at risk for substance abuse.

- Employee Assistance Program
- Florida Department of Children and Families
- Department of Corrections, Probation/Parole Services
- Other community agencies.
