Residential Monitor Tech (PT, PRN, FT)
High school diploma or GED with two years relevant experience required. Must be able to function independently. Experience at a residential substance abuse treatment facility is preferred. Must be able to interact with people from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds.  Must be available for weekend and late night shifts.  Effective written and verbal communication skills required.  A valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record are required.

Director of Adult Residential Services (FT)
This Director is responsible for the daily operations of the Level 4 residential facility.  The Director supervises clinical staff and is involved in selection of new clinical staff.  Also ensures that counselors meet all contact hours requirements and that treatment services are of the highest quality, providing clinical direction and leadership.  Ensures that the residential facility maintains a full occupancy load and that all payments are received as scheduled.  Implements strategies to ensure transportation of clients and monitors all health and safety issues related to the residential facility and halfway house.  A Master’s degree in human services or behavioral health field required.  Must be a Certified Addiction Professional and have a good working knowledge of 65D-30 standards.  Experience working in a residential facility preferred.  1-2 years of progressive supervisory experience required.  Effective oral and written communication skills required.  Must be able to provide own transportation.             
  
Corrections Counselor (FT)
The Corrections Counselor provides individual and group counseling, crisis counseling and other services to members of the Therapeutic Community.  A Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience working in the criminal justice system preferred.  Professional certification as an addictions and /or criminal justice professional preferred.  Effective oral and written communication skills required.  Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and good driving record.

Corrections Aftercare Case Manager Assistant (FT)
The Case Manager Assistant works with Case Management team to ensure that all client records are properly maintained.  They also work to monitor and report on the behavior and attitude of clients, providing support, linkages to required services, and crisis intervention.   A high school diploma is required, along with effective oral and written communication skills.  Candidates must have successfully completed the Case Management-Aftercare component of the Corrections Program.  Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record.

Corrections Aftercare Case Manager (FT)
The Aftercare Case Manager provides support and services to the clients that are inside and outside of the Therapeutic community. Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience working in the criminal justice system preferred. Professional certification as an addictions and/or criminal justice professional or case manager is preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills required. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and good driving record.

Residential Counselor (FT)
The Residential Counselor works daily with clients to provide both individual and group counseling services. Ensures that all treatment plans and clinical documentation are properly written and kept up to date per licensing requirements and agency standards.  Also communicates with appropriate parties regarding client behavior, and facilitates crisis intervention and referrals when necessary.  Bachelor’s degree in human services or behavioral field required.  Minimum of two years of substance abuse treatment required.  Knowledge of 65D-30 standards required.  Effective written and verbal communication skills required.  Computer competency required. A Valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record are required.  Must be able to provide own transportation.

 Housing Case Manager (FT)  
The Housing Case Manager provides support and services to the clients who have demonstrated the ability to live independently in a non-restrictive environment. Bachelor’s degree and one years experience working in the human services or mental health case management field preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills required. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and good driving record.
