St. John's Horizon House is Northeast Florida/Southeast Georgia's largest and most comprehensive supportive housing program for people living with HIV/AIDS. The community includes persons at all points in the HIV-disease progression.

"When I came to St. John's Horizon House, I thought I was coming to die," says a former resident. "But then I found out - I was learning to live!"

Supportive Housing Program: Residents are provided an array of housing and supportive services in a caring home-like environment. Residents are low-income persons with HIV/AIDS who are homeless or lack a reliable 24 hour caregiver.

Independent Living Program:  Residents are capable of daily living without assistance, yet want the assurance of living in a drug-free environment with individuals who do not fear their disease.

St. John's Horizon House is not only a compassionate response to homelessness among people with HIV/AIDS, it is a cost-effective answer as well. Residents avoid long hospital stays because of the personal support and care available in this special home-like environment.

Donations are greatly appreciated!
