River Region Human Services has partnered with Drug Free Duval and All Well Pharmacy to provide free Narcan training, vaccinations and refreshments. You will learn from the 50 minute Narcan training the signs of an overdose and how to administrate Narcan properly. Your training could save someone’s spouse, daughter, best friend, coworker or even a complete stranger.

March 10th is This National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NWGHAAD), and HRSA’s Office on Women’s Health wants everyone to make the best choices when it comes to protecting their health. Abstinence is the best way to avoid HIV, but if you decide to have sex, there are steps you can take to protect yourself and others from HIV.
Matrix House Hosts 2nd Drive-Thru Graduation
On January, 28 2021, River Region’s Matrix House program hosted their second “Drive-Thru” graduation ceremony for all of the individuals that completed the program. Clients were welcomed by program staff and given their graduation certificate as well as a bag of special gifts.
