
Residential Admission Requirements

Valid ID (Florida driver's license, Florida ID card, passport or TWIC Card).

A 30-day supply of medications with labels attached or a recent prescription that can be filled.

Negative COVID-19 results within three days prior to intake

TB test or chest X-ray
-
Clients who receive MAT services from another provider must have paperwork and medications transferred to River Region
-
Ability to climb narrow stairs without an assistive walking device and climb into a bunk bed
-
Participate in all required activities
