EMPLOYEE REWARDS & RECOGNITION
REMEMBER – The EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM is for all RRHS employees who refer prospective applicants who are hired.
How the Program Works:
The Agency encourages you to identify friends or acquaintances who are interested in employment opportunities with River Region. Please refer qualified external applicants for job openings. Ask the individual to complete an application on the Agency website: rrhs.org. He or she must name you on the application as the person who referred him or her. If your name is not on the original application from this individual, you will not be eligible for the referral award. If the person you refer is hired, you will be awarded $50.00 at the end of this employee’s introductory period, usually 90 days from hire date. At this individual’s one (1) year anniversary, you will receive an additional $100.00 referral award.
THE RRHS WATER CHALLENGE
Who’s going to win the incentive award for drinking the most water? There are many benefits to drinking plenty of water; however, many of us need prompting, reminding, and the inspiration to do so. As such, the Office of Human Resources and Administration kicked-off a “water challenge” for all employees to participate. The deadline for this challenge is Sunday, March 17, 2019. Stay tuned for the announcement of our “water challenge” winner! Is it you?
As we continue our giving initiative launched during the Employee Town Hall, the Recovery and Beyond is a giving campaign that allows employees and community affiliates to give back to River Region. Employees are able to choose an amount of their choice to be deducted from their bi-weekly pay. Each department has secured a commitment; however, it is not too late to make sure your department is represented. If you would like to join the Recovery & Beyond Giving Campaign, contact Dr. Alvin Davis at ADavis@rrhs.org or 904-899-6300 ext. 4205.
