Andy's Place
Andy's Place offers supportive housing for homeless individuals whose displacement is associated with substance use disorders, mental illness and HIV/AIDS. Residents receive life-skills training and recovery-planning, inclusive of linkage to partner-agencies who assist with budgeting, employment services, GED completion, permanent-housing and more. Our goal is to assist our clients to become positive, healthy, productive, income-earning members of the community.

Sante mantal
The Youth Behavioral Health program encompasses mental health counseling and case management services for children and adolescents ages 10-17 years. Program services are individualized, and a treatment plan is developed with each new admission based upon the presenting needs as determined during the assessment and the completion of a comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluation. Each participant is actively engaged in the course of their treatment, with input from their family to provide a holistic approach to care.
Individual, family, and group counseling are provided by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays from
3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Kennedy Community Center located at 1133 Ionia St. Case management services will also be provided to connect youth and their families with community resources.

Child and Adolescent Crisis Support Services
​
The Child Guidance Center Rapid Response Team intervenes during critical and emotionally taxing periods in which children or adolescents under the age of 25 present a danger to themselves and/or to others. Crisis intervention is provided to children and adolescents up to age 25. If you are seeking help for a child or adolescent that is in mental health crisis, contact (904) 982-4911 for assistance.
